Fillet steak in Trinchado sauce


Fillet steak in Trinchado sauce

500g beef fillet, trimmed and cubed


Sauce
250ml chili sauce
50ml peri peri oil
50ml olive oil
25ml Worcestershire sauce
25ml soya sauce
25ml spirit vinegar
30ml chopped garlic
2ml medium curry powder

Mix all sauce ingredients together and bring to the boil. Simmer for five minutes. Add cubes of fillet and cook a few minutes to taste (rare or medium).
