Creamy Garlic French Loaf

Give this traditional garlic loaf a twist by adding thyme and mozzarella.

Serves 6 | Preparation Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Knorr Creamy Garlic Veggie Bake
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 French loaf
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 250 g margarine

 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Slice the French loaf into 2 cm slices but don’t cut the loaf all the way through
  3. Mix the sachet contents together with margarine, thyme and mozzarella cheese
  4. Spread the mixture liberally between the slices

Wrap in foil and bake for 30 min until the cheese has melted
