When my sister's chidren where toddlers, she took a blank ordinary writting book, cut our all sorts of pictures from magazines, then as you show each picture her children would tell you what it is. This was done to improve their speech (my sister is a audiologist/speech therapist)
This gave me an idea. Why not make a small book where children can 'point' to and tell you the bible story. Many years later I had some time on my hands and descovered the power of photoshop. With the most basic photoshop skills I started to work on 'The Bible in a Nutshell'
All the charaters are blue: to help with inter-racialness
Flowers represent: Holiness, God's kindom where Weeds represents sin and corruption
The people with 'white hearts' belong to God, while 'black hearts' do not belong to God
It is the only Children's book I know of that 'tell-it-like-is'
Because the last 'scene' is a heaven and hell scene where the people who do not know Jesus go to hell.
I have got the book printed on really nice paper. I sell the book for what ever you are willing to pay for it. If you don't have any money I'll send them for free !!
